Why These Supplements Matter

Every product here serves a specific purpose in your wellness journey, from maintaining energy levels to supporting recovery after those precious workout moments you manage to squeeze in. As a mom who’s tested countless supplements, I’ve narrowed it down to the ones that deliver real results for our unique needs

Each supplement has been carefully selected to fit seamlessly into a busy mom’s routine, because I know firsthand that if it’s not convenient, it won’t stick.

Protein:

We know that protein is THE number one macronutrient that we need for fat loss and body recomposition. If you want to lose weight – track your protein. If you want to look toned and lean – track your protein. You get it, right? I don’t know about you, but there’s ONLY so much chicken/meat that I can eat in a day. That’s why I rely on protein shakes to fill in some of my protein gaps.

For example: drinking a protein shake AFTER an intense workout can be beneficial because not only does it promote muscle repair and growth, but it also helps prevent muscle breakdown. If you’re working hard in the gym, then you need to make sure you are feeding those muscles the proper way to gain and reap the benefits from heavy lifting. When we lift heavy, we create micro-tears in our muscle tissues; therefore, we need to help it heal and repair itself in a timely manner. This is when Phormula 1 comes into play and is great at doing just that. Helping your muscles recover quickly.

Aside from the gym, as moms, we’re always on the go or in a rush. Having a high protein snack is beneficial to prevent hunger in between meals. Protein keeps us satisfied (which prevents reckless snacking) so having these options available make a big difference. Having a Level 1 protein shake will keep you satisfied in between meals.

Creatine:

This is a supplement I wish I knew about sooner. I have been using creatine for almost 2 years and I can tell the difference that it has done to my body. Not only is it naturally occurring in our bodies, but do you want explosive power and more strength during gym sessions? Take creatine. Do you want to have less muscle fatigue and soreness? Take creatine. Do you want to grow your muscles? Take creatine. It’s a perfect supplement for anybody. What I like about this particular creatine is that there’s no bloat and discomfort from it because it’s absorbed quickly by the body. The best part about it is that it’s flavorless, so you can add it to literally anything. I typically add it to my post-workout shake, but I’ve also added it to my water/electrolytes or pre-workout.

Opti-Greens 50 and MicroFactor Multi-Vitamin:

Kids are always coming home from school with “something”. We need our immune system to be rock solid so we can not only care for ourselves, but also care for them when they need us the most. I haven’t met a mom yet that likes being sick while still doing all the housework; because guess what? Life goes on whether we’re sick or not. That’s why I like to boost my immune system in any way that I can. Not only is eating a variety of fruits and vegetables necessary to get all the micronutrients we need to fight off pathogens, but sometimes we need to supplement because we actually forget to eat them.

Collagen:

Collagen is known to help with hair, skin, and nails. It’s also an easy way to add an extra 15g of protein to pretty much anything. Adding it to your coffee is the perfect way to start off your morning on the right track!
